My Experience
UI Desiger at Kore.ai
August 2022 - Present
Spearheaded end-to-end UX/UI design of Agent AI, from concept to production, covering both the Admin Console and Agent Runtime Widget used by global enterprise clients including eBay, AMD, MetLife, and JBL (publicly referenced on kore.ai).
Designed and defined the Agentic Copilot experience, enabling the system to autonomously handle customer conversations with little or no agent intervention, powered by an LLM-driven orchestration system leveraging parent–child agent architecture for modular AI behaviors, real-time intent detection, and adaptive task execution at enterprise scale.
